80g fresh sashimi grade tuna, diced
Half an avocado, diced
1tsp finely diced shallot
1tsp mini capers
1tsp lightly toasted pine nuts Zest of ¼ lime
Juice of ¼ lemon
Sea salt flakes and olive oil to taste Basil cress


Serves 2

Mix all the ingredients together, keeping the avocado unbroken. Season to taste and serve with lightly toasted ciabatta. Garnish with basil cress.
